So, we painted Grayson's room two weekends ago, and we're still trying to get it all together! I wish I had a few hours to work on it, interrupted, but you know how that goes when you have a little one!
These pictures look quite boring, but I've been hanging stuff up. There's the cutest white shelf that Stephanie gave us before Grayson was born (thanks Stephanie!) that I still need to hang up. She made it as a first project when she got her nail gun! :) I can't decide where to put it, and I don't want to make any more holes in the wall than necessary!
We painted with the textured Ralph Lauren River Rock paint in a kind of paper bag color. Then, we left all the trim and the doors cream-colored. I really like how it turned out! Now, for the rest of the house. I love the fresh paint smell. I wish Scentsy made a fresh paint scent!

I love this rocking chair from the Cracker Barrel, but I think we are going to store it and put a small loveseat that we already have in the "nook". It's gold crushed velvet, and it rocks -- so '70s! Yes, I will find a slipcover. :)

I can't believe you still have that shelf - that's funny. I love the room. It looks so adorable! I especially love the nook! The curtain across it is so cute and will be so much fun for him to use as a secret hide-out. Too cute!!

Love the new room! Very cute! He will enjoy that nook, especially with the '70's couch you intend to add. LOL! TJ is doing wonderful in his new big boy bed, much better than Hunter every did! Glad things are going well!
